Carlos Robayo
Carlos Robayo – Fondateur et Directeur Carlos Robayo est un leader visionnaire et ingénieur industriel de profession, animé par un profond engagement envers la société canadienne. Établi au Canada depuis 2018 et fier citoyen canadien, Carlos a bâti sa carrière sur l’excellence et la rigueur. Détenteur d’une équivalence de Baccalauréat en génie industriel avec une spécialisation en Santé et Sécurité au Travail (SST), il a œuvré comme préventionniste et conseiller, veillant à la protection des travailleurs québécois.
Son expertise multidisciplinaire comprend également la stratégie financière, ayant été certifié comme Conseiller en sécurité financière par l’Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF). Cette combinaison unique de génie, de normes de sécurité et de vision financière lui permet de diriger Horizon Habitats Développement National Inc. avec une approche globale et structurée. Motivé par la volonté de redonner à la société et à la province de Québec qui l’ont accueilli, Carlos a fondé Horizon Habitats pour offrir des solutions concrètes à la crise structurelle du logement, transformant son expertise en une contribution durable pour la communauté.
Carlos Robayo – Founder & Director Carlos Robayo is a visionary leader and professional Industrial Engineer with a deep-rooted commitment to Canadian society. Since arriving in Canada in 2018 and becoming a proud citizen, Carlos has dedicated his career to excellence and safety. With a background equivalent to a Baccalauréat en génie industriel and a specialization in Occupational Health and Safety, he has served as a Préventionniste and advisor, ensuring the well-being of workers across various sectors.
His diverse expertise also includes financial strategy, having been certified as a Conseiller en sécurité financière by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF). This unique blend of technical engineering, safety standards, and financial acumen allows him to lead Horizon Habitats Développement National Inc. with a holistic perspective. Driven by a desire to give back to the country and the province of Quebec that welcomed him, Carlos founded Horizon Habitats to provide concrete, structural solutions to the national housing challenge, turning his professional legacy into a contribution to the community.
